Therapy for Emerging Adults
The ages of 18 to 29 are both exciting and stressful years, filled with many transitions. This is a time of navigating deepening relationships with family, friends, and intimate partners, while forging an independent identity at college and in the work place. Emerging adulthood can bring the challenge of a first experience with mental health concerns including panic attacks, depression, sudden decrease in motivation, or debilitating anxieties.

I have training in mindfulness thearapies and insight oriented therapy. This enables me to work exclusively in one therapy or blend them as needed.
